TAPITI

Was formed in 1989 by Newmas Kunatsa and myself.

We toured in UK and the Far East,

performing traditional mbira songs,

at festivals and community venues:

Womad, Sidmouth Arts Festival,

Glastonbury, Singapore Arts Festival, etc.

Since Newmas passing in 1996, I have

continued performing solo and with

other artists.

I now have two CDs for sale. The first

has more traditional mbira on it, as

well as some acapella songs of my own.

The second one is original songs with

mbira, piano, guitar and drum..inspired
